Q. Do we
have to sign a long-term contract?
A. We do not require contracts, only
agreements covering the projects you want done so that there is no
misunderstanding.
Q. What
is your overtime fee?
A. We do not charge overtime fees. Our
rates remain the same even if we have to work nights or weekends to meet a
promised deadline.
Q.
Suppose we already have a layout and just want the production done?
A. At AJH, INC, you never pay for any
service you don't want or need. If all you need is production, production
time is all you pay for.
Q. How do
you keep my costs to a minimum?
A. All work is done electronically so
expensive in-person meetings are not necessary (no travel time, expenses,
delays, etc.). Additionally, we do not charge overtime fees for rush jobs
and we employ only highly experienced and competent people who do not
waste time and you are charged only for working time, no downtime.
Many of our clients have been with us for as
long as 24 years...a testimony to the satisfaction they enjoy.
